Our Mission
At NaviCare Solutions, our mission is to provide compassionate and reliable coaching, consulting, and assistance with obtaining the perfect services to all of our clients. We strive to create a helping hand in securing those extra services that you may need. We offer personal & professional consulting to make your life easier.
Our Staff
Our staff is comprised of experienced and caring individuals who are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our clients. We ensure that all of our staff members are trained to provide the best possible care, coaching & assistance. We have over 25 years of experience in healthcare. Our consultant Mary has been working with seniors all of her career. She has worked in the capacity of an assisted living administrator, dementia neighborhood manager, executive director of adult medical daycare, long term care hospital liaison, marketing director, home health aide and has been a consultant for 20 years. She has been an advocate for the Alzheimer's association then became a speaker for them. In addition, she has been on the board of Tri County Regional Ethics Committee chairing educational conferences & joining her peers in attending consultations as a volunteer to assist patients & families with end of life. Ultimately, she has been the voice for those who are unable to advocate for themselves. This photo exemplifies why we do what we do!
Our Services
We offer a range of care services including daily courtesy calls, home safety checks, home repairs referrals, grocery shopping, and anything you may need to stay in the comfort of your own home. We also will assist with securing home care, assisted living, memory care and hospice services. We offer supervision of self-administration of medication in a safe & sanitary manner. In addition to care services, we also offer security consultations from our in-house risk management specialist via home safety analysis, in addition to mobile notary services. Our services are personalized to meet the unique needs of each of our clients. We are specialized, but not limited to, Alzheimer's & Dementia services / training for families, facilities, plus certification for healthcare professionals such as nurses, social workers, administrators, and many more.

In-Home Care
Allow us to help you navigate the process of identifying the needs of you and your family, while creating a proper plan for care. Part of our service includes supervision of self-administered medications. We'll assist you with identifying a medication box or system that makes sense to the user. Weekly & monthly visits tailored to your lifestyle. We'll assist with daily items you prefer not to deal with at any stage of life. We're your personal assistant. We also specialize in Alzheimer & Dementia consulting, coaching and finding the best form of communication for you to have a healthy relationship with your loved one. We always support & teach everyone to go wherever your loved one is whether it's 1930,1940, 1960 or 2000. You can enjoy the stories & reminisce. One of the biggest things to practice is "Never Correct Them" even if they're wrong.
Transportation Services
We can assist with obtaining transportation services for seniors to ensure they get to their medical appointments, assistance with grocery shopping, and attending social events.
Memory Care
Our services are designed to help seniors and their families with navigating Alzheimer's and dementia in an effort to come out of the shadows and maintain their cognitive abilities and quality of life. We can create coaching calls or in person family training that will improve achieving activities of daily living. We can also assist with easing change of season & sundowning naturally with behavior modification. Sometimes it's our behavior that needs to change. We're here for you.
Companionship Services
Our companionship services provide seniors with socialization and emotional support, helping them to combat loneliness and depression, in addition to attending medical appointments on your behalf.

Our home safety assessments help seniors to identify potential hazards in their homes and make modifications to improve their safety and independence.
